I have a background in competitive bodybuilding, powerlifting, running and cycling.  My interest in the science of the human body and pushing the limits of human performance has led me to many interesting research projects and now to working with elite athletes.  My goal is to optimize the benefits of exercise testing by developing a scientifically based training program which is individualized to help any athlete improve their performance.
